For over twenty years, I've led HR teams in Fortune 500 companies like VMware, Pinterest, Vodafone, and American Express. In steering global transformation projects, I've touched lives across Asia and North America. My mission is simple: to create environments where collaboration thrives, and diversity is cherished. I craft innovative people development strategies that redefine the essence of teamwork.

The decision to transition from a corporate executive to founding Glintt Consulting was driven by a desire to make a more meaningful impact beyond the corporate world.I focus on designing solutions that not only enhance team effectiveness but also promote inclusivity, serving as a guide for sustainable behavioral change.

This journey hasn't been without its challenges. Starting my own company taught me the value of community and sharing responsibilities. It helped me strike a balance between professional ambitions and personal well-being, reigniting my sense of purpose.
